New customer from Zooplus!
New customer from Zooplus. Tried to order from Zooplus and Yodel said they missed me. My address is a company which have two people in the reception at 6am to 5pm. So, it's a joke!!! This took more than a week of waiting (still waiting). I am a customer for a year with same delivery address.
I ordered from Batiba on Saturday evening and received Tuesday afternoon without a fuzz (they use Evri). Hope this service is consistent! Great!

Great company
Ordered two bags of dog food on the 1st Feb with free delivery and they were delivered on the 4th Feb with e mail notification updates. Brilliant service and a very good price.

I have ordered twice now. Always dispatched the next day with delivery a couple of days after dispatch date. Items arrived as ordered. competitive prices compared to other places

Check your bank account
I have been reasonably happy with Bitiba in the past, but this time I have been left feeling far from impressed.
My first order was not delivered by Evri and was sent back to Bitiba.
Bitiba send out another order using Yodel and again this was not delivered but sent back. Things like this happen, especially in the run up to Christmas!
On checking my bank account 7 weeks later, Bitiba has still not bothered to refund my money despite their records showing that neither packages had been delivered and that they had been returned to their depot.
I suspect that if I hadn’t checked my bank account and contacted customer services, I would never have received my money.
Word of advice, if you need to return anything, or items are not delivered, don’t assume that you will be automatically refunded!
Top online petshop
So far I had two orders with Bitiba. One was promptly delivered in a sturdy package. Another one was unwanted order due to being a subscription ( my fault I didn't realised it and let it carry on). I contacted their customer service and... there you go the very next day I was fully refunded. Asked them how I can return the package and was told to donate it to a local animal charity. Very impressed with their service and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Do not waste your time with them
I will give 0 stars if I could.
After one week from order I sent message asking what's going on with my delivery? They said sorry, your order has been cancelled due to lack of stock. So why they selling things if them are out of stock? Why they didn't let me know there is no stock straight away just I have to ask what is going on?
Completely waste of time.

If Bitiba didn't use Evri they would be great, the deliveries from yodel are fine, but one's that come from Evri either don't turn up or you have to wait weeks for, got to the point now that might have to stop using them because of delivery's

I was very hesitant to purchase from this site due to one star reviews. However, my experience was great. I placed my order in the evening of the 4th and I received it on the 6th. I chose to have it delivered by Evri. The parcel was a bit late by a few hours however, I saved around £15 by purchasing from this site! Will buy again!

Have used Bitiba for years and had an issue a year ago with delivery which I thought/hoped was a one off. Unfortunately my so called subscription order which should come out automatically and should have been with me a week ago still hasn't arrived resulting in me having to go to Pets At Home and buy at their exorbitant prices as I've run out.

First time using Bitiba and what a fantastic experience. Purchased Wild Freedom dry kitten food which was the cheapest on here and was delivered within 3 days which I couldn’t believe due to the festive period. Will be using on a regular basis going forward.

Still waiting for my parcel its been 11 days now and no update on the yodel website. I suggest you go else where until this company bins yodels parcels don't arrive or are split or just dumped in the rain if Yodel doesn't care neither does Bitba. Finally turned up but instead of two bags of cat littler I got half a bag that was leaking litter everywhere had to bin it it. Where did the other bag and a half go ?

Love this company. Use them on a regular basis to buy my cat & dog food and treats for all my furries. Good selection of brands I can’t buy elsewhere. Always cheapest price. They despatched and delivery quickly too. Thank you

Amazing Order & Super Fast Delivery!
Wow this time Bitiba have excelled in their service. I placed an order after 7pm on 10.11.2022 and the parcel arrived before 3pm on 11.11.2022. I was expecting delivery to take roughly 2 to 3 days. Yodel were exceptional too. Thank you Bitiba for such a great service.
